Senior Digital Designer

During my tenure as a Senior Digital Designer at Taiku 360, I embraced a leadership role that encompassed a wide range of responsibilities and achievements. From the outset, my contributions during the initial 30 days set the tone for my impactful journey with the company.

In those crucial first 30 days, I took ownership of the design process, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and collaborating closely with crew members. This proactive approach allowed us to deliver a tailored product experience that not only met user needs but also exceeded business expectations.

Recognizing the need for efficiency and collaboration, I initiated a transition from traditional Excel-based workflows to integrated platforms such as Zapper, Dropbox, Slack, and Ions. This transition significantly enhanced overall team efficiency, streamlined processes, and facilitated seamless collaboration.

In my role, I consistently produced high-performance designs that catered to user needs and delivered strong business results. I leveraged cutting-edge tools such as Framer, Figma, and Spine to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

I adopted Agile and other effective methodologies to manage projects with precision, ensuring on-time deliverables. Additionally, I actively contributed to team planning, playing a pivotal role in driving rapid experimentation strategies.

Taking the lead in successfully migrating our infrastructure to AWS, I overcame challenges associated with the prior NAS system and facilitated the shift to a hybrid workplace, resulting in a more robust and flexible IT infrastructure.

My creative prowess shone as I consistently produced innovative 360° content, including videos and tours, serving prominent global brands, respected educational institutions, and collaborating with renowned real estate agents such as JLL, Bidwells, and Deakin White, all while maintaining contractual discretion.

I played a key role in the UI/UX design of virtual tours, with a notable project for a leading U.K. university, crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Recognizing the importance of efficient IT operations, I provided crucial support by adjusting computer settings and recommending optimal products, enhancing performance and reducing rendering times.

Furthermore, I collaborated with London's major real estate agents, including Westfield, JLL, Bidwells, Amilies, Belvoir!, and Berkley, where I handled diverse visual content needs. This encompassed tasks like photography, creating immersive 360 tours, virtual staging, and producing engaging home videos. My contributions added significant value to these partnerships and helped showcase properties effectively in the real estate market.

Moreover, I worked closely with Oxford University on specific projects, further expanding my portfolio and contributing to the educational sector. Additionally, I developed games for inertial training, benefiting clients like Marriott by providing innovative solutions for employee training and development.

In essence, my role as a Senior Digital Designer at Taiku 360 was characterized by a relentless commitment to excellence, innovation, and efficient project management. My achievements during the first 30 days set the stage for continued success and positioned the company for growth in a dynamic digital landscape. My ability to handle diverse responsibilities, improve efficiency, and collaborate with a wide range of clients and partners underscores my adaptability and effectiveness in the field.
