Samsung

Company Representative & manager

During my tenure at Samsung, I began as a Sales Rep and quickly rose to become the #2 salesperson in the country, specializing in selling White goods products. I averaged ~£6250 in daily sales, ultimately grossing an impressive return of £1.2 million by the end of my employment at the company.

Moreover, I played a key role in spearheading the Wembley deal, which proved instrumental in establishing a long-term collaboration between Samsung, John Lewis, Curry's, Selfridges, and Harvey Nichols. This partnership significantly enhanced Samsung's market presence and business opportunities.

In addition to my sales achievements, I extended my technical expertise to training staff in various Samsung product lines, including TV and mobile devices. Leveraging my computer science background, I effectively communicated complex technical concepts, empowering staff to confidently engage with and sell a diverse range of Samsung products.

Within my role, my manager assigned me critical responsibilities, especially towards business operations, to ensure clients received their products on time. This included a significant focus on maintaining timely product deliveries, a mission-critical aspect of our operations. I approached this responsibility with unwavering dedication and meticulous attention to detail, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations. My commitment to excellence bolstered our reputation for stellar customer service, fostering trust and long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Additionally, I actively engaged with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, tailoring our services to better cater to their unique requirements. This level of customer-centricity further enhanced their overall experience with Samsung.

Furthermore, I designed and implemented a custom CRM system, utilizing my technical skills and expertise. This system allowed us to efficiently manage client relationships, track sales, and streamline our operations, ultimately enhancing our overall efficiency and effectiveness.

This significant responsibility not only required effective time management and organizational skills but also demanded a keen sense of customer-centricity. It was a testament to my ability to handle crucial tasks efficiently, contributing to the company's success and solidifying our position as a trusted provider in the industry.

In essence, my computer science degree served as the foundation upon which I built my success at Samsung, creating substantial value for the company, including a remarkable return of £1.2 million in sales, facilitating strategic partnerships for future growth, ensuring exceptional customer service and on-time product delivery, and implementing a custom CRM system to optimize our operations.
